INSERVICE TESTING PROGRAM HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 Public Service Electric & Gas Company (PSE&G) hereby provides Revision 3 to the Inservice Testing (IST) Program for Hope Creek Nuclear Generating Station.
Revision 2 to the IST Program was submitted by letter dated December 23, 1988.
Attachments 1 through 5 to this letter contain the revised pages

for the IST Program.
Seventeen valves have been added to the station through the design change process. Attachment 1 contains the individual review sheets to add these valves to the IST Program.
Relief requests for five valves were denied by the NRC in the Hope Creek IST Safety Evaluation Report, dated September 27, 1990. contains the review sheets for these valves, revised to delete the relief request, and the deleted relief requests.
Three pump review sheets were revised to reflect the testing requirements of relief request P3. contains the revised review sheets for these pumps.
Two valves have been changed to include a cold shutdown justification.
The review sheets associated with these valves are contained in.
Two valves had the testing requirements changed from a three month exercise to an eighteen month disassembly and j
inspection. contains the review sheets for these valves.
