D. Saccomando letter to W. Russell transmitting request for Exigent Technical Specification Amendment for Steam Generator Interim Plugging Criteria for Byron Unit 1 dated September 17,1994
Dear Mr. Russell:
The reference letter transmitted Commonwealth Edison Company's (Comed) proposal to amend Appendix A, Technical Specifications of Facility Operating Licenses NPF-37 and NPF-66, and requested that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) grant an EXIGENT amendment to Technical Specification Section 3/4.4.5 " Steam Generators."
Due to an error during the distribution of that document, ' Attachment F page 2 was not included in that transmittal, but is attached for completeness.
