Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-354 License Change Request LCR 94-16 Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) Fuel Oil Surveillance Requirements On July 28, 1994, Public Service Electric and' Gas Company f
submitted the subject license change request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
This request would revise Technical Specification Section-3/4.8.1 "AC Sources."
The revised specification removes the surveillance requirements, methodology and frequency for EDG fuel oil from.the Technical Specification and relocates them in a controlled procedure (VSH.SS-CA.ZZ-0013(Q)).
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the above amendment in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.91(b), and has no comments.
