i was allowed in as a discretionaty intervonor because I pointed out deficiencies in the filter and manifoR system at TMI#2 during the accident. To allow deficiencies in the filter system at this date would impress the public with the certitude

There were problems with the filter system at TMI#2 during the/ accident. Now is
