Your letter of March 11, 1983, transmitting Amendments 94 and 31 to the Unit 1 and Unit 2 Environmental Technical Specifications, respectively, requested confirmation of a verbal commitment made by Georgia Power to provide the NRC with a copy of any changes to the W DES discharge permit and any permit violations requiring notification to the permitting agency.
Requirements to inform the NRC of WDES permit violations are already contained in the Environmental Technical Specifications, Section 4.3.. In addition to these requirements, we will supply the NRC with copies of' any changes to the WDES permit.
This information will be submitted to the-Region II office, with a copy to the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.-
