Dear Mr. Keppler:
During the meeting held in your offices on March 17, 1983, Illinois Power Company indicated that a revised Clinton Power Station (CPS) HVAC Recovery Plan would be submitted for NRC concurrence within ten (10) days (by March 27, 1983).
Based upon a detailed review of the CPS HVAC problems and concerns, and of other site programs (Overinspection Program, Records Verification Program) that impact the HVAC recovery effort, additional revisions to the HVAC Recovery Plan will be required.
Subsequently, the HVAC Recovery Plan will be delayed in submission to the NRC.
It is estimated that the HVAC Recovery Plan will be submitted by Friday, April 22, 1983.
