Dear Gentlemen:
This letter transmits the above referenced topical report under the NRC licensing topical report program for review and acceptance on the use of Limit Stop pipe supports in all nuclear power plants. The transmittal consists of 23 copies of the proprietary version and 12 copies of nonproprietary version of the topical report. Sections containing proprietary information are identified by margin lines in the proprietary copies and are deleted from the nonproprietary copies.
