SPECIAL REPORT SR 91-003 00 Steam Generator Eddy Current Examination 3
(4th Refueling)
Inservice Eddy Current examination of the Steam Generator (SG) tubing was completed at Waterford Steam Electric Station Unit 3 on April 6, 1991.
This report is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification (TS) 4.4.4.5.a, which requires reporting the number of tubes plugged in each SG within 15 days of completing Inservice Inspection (ISI) of SG tubes pursuant to TS 6.9.2.
A follow up report will be submitted in accordance with TS 4.4.4.5.b by April 6,
