1 Special Report No.91-002, Unit 1 Fire Barrier Penetration Non-Functional u For More Than Seven Days At 0820 on March 27, 1991, fire door number 218 was removed to support outage activities inside room 226 in the auxiliary building. Due to the scope of the work, the door was not replaced after seven days.
Technical Specification 3.7.12 requires that all non-functional fire barrier penetrations be restored to functional status within seven days or a Special Report must be submitted within the next 30 days.
Therefore, this Special Report is being submitted.
Fire door 218 vill be replaced and declared functional on approximately April 17, 1991. Technical Specification action requirements are being met for the fire door, 1
