Letter from G. A. Hunger, Jr. (PECO Energy) to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission dated May 10,1994 Gentlemen:
In the above referenced letter, PECO Energy Company submitted, in accordance with 10CFR50.90, Technical Specifications Change Request (TSCR) No. 94-01 which requested changes to Appendix A of the Peach Bottom Facility Operating Ucenses.
PECO Energy hereby requests that our original submittal be revised, specifically, that the minimum requirements for low pressure cooling availability when the reactor is in the Cold Condition be increased. Revised pages 132 and 139 for each Unit are enclosed. Page 141b for Unit 2 was revised to reflect information in Bases Section 4.5.L which was changed by Amendment No.192 on August 10,1994, and is enclosed. We have concluded that the proposed revision does not affect the conclusions previously submitted in the referenced letter regarding a safety assessment, information supporting a finding of No Significant Hazards Consideration, and information supporting an Environmental Assessment.
