HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION TREATMENT WORKS APPROVAL SEWER EXTENSION FOR CENTRALIZED WAREHOUSE Pursuant to N.J.A.C.
7:14A-12 et.-seq., Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G) hereby submits an application for a Treatment Works Approval (TWA) for the construction of a sewer extension and lift station to serve the new centralized warehouse at the Hope Creen cenerating Station.

Treated effluent from-the plant is discharged to the Delaware River through outfall DSN 462B which is regulated under NJPDES Permit No. NJ0025411.
Over the past 12 months, this outfall has been in compliance with all NJPDES Permit limits and conditions.
Because the design of the sewage treatment plant included provisions for warehouse personnel, there will be no increase in the hydraulic or pollutant loadings at the treatment plant.
In addition, PSE&G has issued Check No. 01568972 for $385.19 mado payable to Treasurer, State of New Jersey, Environmental Services Fund, to cover the application filing fee.
This check was inadvertently submitted to the Department on or about March 14, 1991.
