The night of January lith was also a snow storm night in this area so our emergency crews (fire, Police, Public works, etc.) were already active and busy. The dispatcher in Duxbury had a large amount of activity at the time he began receiving and in-turn passing on appropriate notices.
He performed very well but the disorganized manner in which he received notifi-cation from Pilgrim added an unnecessary burden to his already busy operation.
We look forward to reenving copies of the investigation that has already been initiated but ask that the above issues also be addressed.
