HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 GENERIC LETTER 83-08 Pursuant to Generic Letter 83-08, Modification of Vacuum Breakers on Mark I Containments, Public Service Electric and Gas Company will submit to the NRC, by March 1, 1984, the results of plant unique calculations which form the basis for modifications made to the containment vacuum breakers being supplied for the Hope Creek Generating Station.

Modi-fications will be completed prior to installation of the vacuum breakers, which is scheduled for June 1984.
