Gentlemen:
The Shoreham Nuclear Power Station 10CPR50.59 Annual Report was transmitted as Enclosure A to LILCO letter SNRC-1797 (reference 1).
The purpose of this correspondence is to provide revised pages to Enclosure A to include certain additional information which came to our attention subsequent to the original transmittal.
We request that the enclosed pages be substituted for the corresponding ones which were originally supplied in Enclosure A to reference (1).
As information, the revised pages transmitted by this letter are listed below:
Page Correction 2 of 21 added SPCN 90-0508 6 of 21 added SPCN 90-1175; added clarification that change is in compliance with regulations (10 CFR20.202)
