Union Electric Company herewith transmits an application-for amendment to Facility Operating 1 License Number NPF-30 for the Callaway Plant. This amendment involves a revision to Technical Specifications 4.2.2.2, 4.2.2.4, and 6.9.19 to incorporate a penalty in the COLR to account for Fg increases greater than 2 L percent between measurements.

The Callaway Plant'On-Sit'e. Review Committee and the Nuclear Safety Review Board have reviewed and  ;

approved this amendment application. Attachments 1 ,

through 5 provide the, Technical Specification changes,-  ;

Safety Evaluation, Significant Hazards Evaluation, and

! Environmental Consideration, respectively. We have concluded that this amendment application does not i involve an unreviewed safety question as defined in i 10CFR50.59, nor a significant hazard consideration as determined per 10CFR50.92.
