Dear Mr. Weiss:
In the reference above, the NRC requested additional information related to the Fort St. Vrain Proposed Decommissioning Plan by April 1,
1991.
The PSC and Westinghouse effort required to prepare deteiled responses to this request has been greater than originally anticipated. Therefore, PSC requests a delay in the initial response to the RAI until April 26, 1991.
