I am writing with regard to the April 10, 1991 meeting between NRC j
staff and representatives of the New flampshire Yankee (NilY)
Division of the Public Service Company of New Hampshire.

As you know, the Subcommittea has an inquiry into matters l
portaining to the quality of Seabrook pipe welds under way..Since i
the specifics of the discussion at the April 10 meeting will havo a direct bearing on the Subcommittee's inquiry, it is important' that there be a clear record of the discusalon.

request that you tako whatever steps are necessary to produce a i
transcript of the April 10 meeting.
