This letter constitutes an interim report concerning the subject condition ini tiall y reported as 10CFR50.55(e), Item M-16.
Our intention is to provide updated information to our final report, OA-1738, dated May 6, 1982.
The Rosemount Model 1153 transmitter replacement program is scheduled to commence approximately three (3) months after the NRC November 12, 1982 " Order To Show Cause and Order I mmed i atel y Suspending Construction" is lifted in this area.
A follow-up report will be submi tted by Jul y 20, 1983.
We trust the above will be found acceptable as an interim report under 10CFR50.55(e).
