The Baltimore Gas and Electric Compay hereby forwards for your information and use, one signed original and twelve additional copies of Revision 1 to the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Units 1
& 2. These copies are provided in accordance with 10 CFR 50, Paragraph 50.71(e) which requires that a power reactor licensee periodically update the FSAR that was submitted with the operating license application. The enclosed revision is the product of an ongoing effort at Baltimore Gas & Electric Company to ensure that the FSAR accurately reflects current plant design information. Revision I consists solely of the changes made to Chapter 14, Safety Analysis, resulting from the Unit 1 Cycle. 6 reload core design changes. For convenience, the entire text for Sections 14.1 through _14.18 is submitted even though some pages were not changed (i.e. Rev. 0). However, only those figures which were actually revised are included. A list of individual page revisions for Chapter 14 is also included.
