This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated February 21, 1991, transmitting the Scope and Objectives for the Fort Calhoun Emergency Exercise to'be conducted during the week of May 20, 1991.
The objectives have been reviewed by our staff, and we have no significant comments.
Pursuant to the earlier telephone conversations held between Fort Calhoun Statior, and the NRC, we expect to receive the exercise scenario 2 weeks later than the normal 60-day advance prior to the date of the exercise.

Fort Calhoun 1991 Emergency Preparedness Exercise Enclosed you will find the Scope and Objectives for the 1991 Fort Calhoun Emergency Preppedness Exercise to be conducted on May 21 and 22, 1991.
The submittal is being transmitted ninety days prior to the exercise in accordance with established standards.
A copy of this transmittal is also being delivered to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region VII, for their perusal.
l Omaha Public Power District will submit a complete scenario package on, or before, March 22, 1991 (sixty days prior to the exercise) to both the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
