NRC Administrative Letter 94-09, dated August 4,1994, Changes to the
" Mandatory Guidelines For Federal Work Place Drug Testing Programs" In accordance with References (a) and (b), the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE) is issuing this letter informing the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that beginning September 1,1994, BGE has lowered the initial cut-off level for marijuana metabolites to 50 ng/ml. This reduction wil: continue BGE's compliance with Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26.
