. This letter is written to request NRC assessment of the SBWR Test and Analysis Program as documented in Reference 1, discussed with NRC in the Reference 2 meeting, and discussed with both ACRS and NRC in the Reference 3 meeting.
Specifically we request NRC concurrence that if the TRACG qualiGcation plan described in Section 6 and test programs described in Appendix A are accomplished with no major surprises, it will be possible to conclude that the provisions of 10CFR52.47 (b) (2) (i) (A) (1), (2), and (3) have been satisfied; and agreement with our conclusion that the Program will succeca With56t16nstruction of a new mtcgrai'
