Limerick Generating Station - Units 1 and 2 1
Reply to a Request for Information Regarding Fitness for Duty Issues On June 23, 1994, PECO Energy Company informed the NRC, pursuant to 10CFR26, of a NRC licensed operator who tested positive following a fitness for duty test on June 20, 1994.
The NRC responded with a request for additional information on June 30, 1994.
In PECO's reply to this request dated August 1, 1994, we stated that we would inform the NRC with regard to the operator's resumption of licensed duties. provides this information.
During the investigation of this concern, other fitness for duty concerns at Limerick Generating Statiun were identified.
On July 29, 1994, the NRC submitted a request for additional information regarding these issues. to this letter provides a restatement of the request followed by our reply. to this letter provides an affidavit requesting that the information provided in Attachment 2 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790(b).
