_ Containment Fire Protection-Hose Stations Inoperable For More Than Fourteen Days
- At 0330 on ll-18-90,.during.a refueling outage, containment hose station =
isolation-valves N2T43V001 through V007 vere: isolated from their service water supply to support work on 2D containment cooler.
Due to the scope of the work, the' hose stations could not be returned to service within fourteen
-days. _ Technical Specification 3.7.ll.4 requires these fire hose' stations to
- be returned to operable status within 14 days, or a Special Report must be submitted within the following 30 days. Therefore, this Special Report is being subriit t ied.
The service vater supply to hose station isolation valves N2T43V001 through V007 vas returned to service on December 4, 1990._ Technical Specification P
action statement requirements were met for the hose' stations.
