NECNP MOTION TO DEFER ANSWER TO INTERROGATORY XXIII-2 By order of March 24, 1983, the Licensing Board directed NECNP to answer a number of interrogatories posed by Applicants.

Among the interrogatories included in the order was Interrogatory XX:,,I-3.

See page 12 of Board order.

On March 30, upon reviewing Applicants' Motion to Compel (filed January 28, 1983), NECNP discovered that Applicants did not move to compel an answer to Interrogatory XXIII-3.

From the context of the order, it appears that the Board made a clerical error, and had in fact intended to order NECNP to answer Interrenatory XXIII-2.

NECNP immediately contacted counsel for Applicants, and notified him of this apparent error.

In the short time provided NECNP to answer Applicants' interrogatories, NECNP did not make provision to answer Interrogatory XXXII-2 because we were unaware that it must be r esponded to.

We therefore request an additional three days r304040418 830331 e,

to respondto this interrogatory.
