Proposed Technical Specification Change - Radiological and Environ-mental Technical Specifications
Dear Mr. Collins:
This letter is to propose changes to the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifi-cations; in particular, the Radiological and Environmental Technical Speci-fica tions. These changes are proposed at the request of the Commission to better meet the format and intent of analogous Standard Technical Specifi-ca tions.
A summary of the proposed changes is provided in Attachment 1, and the changes themselves are provided in Attachment 2.
The drafts of two pro-cedures referenced by the changes are provided in Attachment 3.
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR170, we believe that the proposed changes are amendment fee Class III since they have acceptability clearly identified by a Nuclear Regulatory Commission position.
A check in the amount of $4,000 for the fee payment will follow under sepa-rate cover.
