Dear Honorable Judges:
I am writing in regard to your Memorandum and Order of August 19, 1994, concerning the deposition of Bill Shipman.
I would like to make a clarification on the issue of the cost of an expedited transcript.
The cost to have the August 5,
- 1994, deposition of Mr. Shipman transcribed by August 22, 1994, would have been $1,100 and not $550.
I apologize for any misunderstanding that this may have caused the Board.
