SUNFLOWER'S APPLICATION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME TO FILE PROPOSED FINDINGS Now comes Sunflower Alliance, by and through counsel, and moves the Board for an enlargement of time of ten (10) days, until July 'U,1983, in which to file its' proposed findings of f act and conclusions of !aw, with supporting citations and argument.
Sunflower's counsel represents that he was not present through four of the five days of the May,1983, quality assurance adjudication and that the transcript thereof is voluminous and requires closer scrutiny for citation by counsel. Further, no party would be unduly prejudiced by the granting of ten (10) days' enlargement, from July fl,1983, until July'll,1983, in which ttrne Sunflower may file its proposed findings.
WHEREFORE, Sunflower prays the Board grant its Motion.
