Dear Mr. Denton:
Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. (PSI) and Wabash Valley Power Association, Inc. (WVPA) hereby amend their application for construction permits and operating licenses for the Marble Hill Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1 and 2, by submittal of Amendment 23.
The evaluation of differences from the Standard Review Plan (FSAR Section 1.8 and Appendix F) and Byron FSAR Amendment 40 are incor-porated into the Marble Hill FSAR by Amendment 23.
Three signed originals and fifty-seven copies of these FSAR changes are submitted for your use.
Amendment 23 also includes changes to the Safeguards Volume.
It is requested that the enclosed six copies of the revised pages of the Safeguards Volume be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
