Mr. Russell:
This letter documents that Commonwealth Edison Co. (Comed) has completed the following actions.
Comed submitted proposed Technical Specification changes (Reference (a)) to support the planned modifications to rerack the Unit 1 spent fuel pool to increase capacity. As approved in Reference (b), the Unit 1 amendment was made effective upon date ofissuance (l'ebruary 24,1993). This letter confirms that the planned rerack of the Unit 1 spent fuel pool was completed on July 27, 1993.

August 24,1994 Comed submitted proposed Technical Specification changes (Reference (c)) to support the RVLIS modifications required by NRC Bulletin 93-03, " Resolution of Issues Related to Reactor Vessel Water Level Instrumentation in BWRs". As approved in Reference (d), the Unit 1 and Unit 2 amendments were made effective upon date ofissuance (December 10, 1993). This letter confirms that the Unit 1 planned RVLIS modifications were installed during the L1R06 outage and the Unit 2 planned RVLIS modifications were installed during the L2R05 outage.
LaSalle is now in full compliance with NRC Bulletin 93-03.
Comed submitted proposed Technical Specification changes (Reference (e)) to support the planned modifications to improve the ATWS-RPT instrumentation and logic system. As approved in Reference (f), the Unit 1 and Unit 2 amendments were made effective upon date ofissuance (October 8,1991),
with the Unit 2 amendment to be implemented prior to the end of the next refueling outage (L2R04). This letter confirms that the LaSalle Unit 1 planned ATWS-RPT instrumentation and logic system modifications were completed on April 30,1991, and the LaSalle Unit 2 planned ATWS-RPT instrumentation and logic system modifications installed during the L2R04 outage.
