Enclosed is University's Reply to CBG's Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions o-f Law concerning the special proceeding on Contention II.
Also enclosed is University's motion to reopen the proceedings for the limited purpose of your taking official notice of the fact that GA Technologies, Inc., the " commercial" firm identified by CBG in its exhibit C-32, is licensed as a class 104c research and development facility.
