1.5 rill out the Standard Prompt Notification mssage check-off Accendix EP 103-1 and give it to the comunicator (C or higher classification) and direct the Cceunicator to comence notification of the appropriate parties as soecified in Section 2.1 of this procedure. We Cbmmanicator shall man the IGC RED telephone on a continuous basis if required by procedure A-31. If comunicater is required for urgent plant operations related to the emergency, the concurrence for securing the phone should be obtained from the NRC prior to securing this telephone.

1. Planned radiation exposures should be limited to the administration guide levels in Appendix EP 104-3, Emergency Exposure Limits.
