Pursuant to 10 CFR 26.71(d) " Record Keeping Requirements", Toledo Edison submits its Semiannual Fitness-For-Duty (FFD) report for the period of January - June 1994 for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1. provides Toledo Edison's FFD Program Performance Data.

Attachment 2 provides a summary of management actions taken by Toledo Edison based on positive FFD testing results, presumptive positives, and a list of FFD event reports submitted by Toledo Edison.
