I am writing this letter on behalf of Tayloe Associates, the stenographic reporting firm that has been reporting hearings in the subject proceeding since March 22, 1983. Tayloe Associates is delivering today to the NRC Public Document Room ("PDR") the exhibits which were a part of the hearing record since March 22 until the close-of-the-record.

The following exhibits were not furnished to the reporter,.and hence they are not included in the exhibits being delivered to the PDR: ,

4. UCS-NYPIRG # 15-17 It is my understanding that the foregoing resulted from the unavailability of copies of the exhibits at the time of the marking, identification and/or their receipt into evidence. These copies were not subsequently furnished to the reporter.

Under the terms of the contract with NRC, Tayloe Associates has no responsibility either to use its resources to gather missing exhibits or to xerox exhibits in instances where less than 3 copies are made available. Nevertheless, Tayloe Associates will, in the circumstances of this case, accept the requisite copies of the foregoing exhibits from the interested parties and furnish them to the PDR in the proper format.
