v This is to inform you,that the Consolidated Draft Emergency Planning Contentions submitted to the Board on this date inadvertently failed to mention that the Town of Southampton joined in'all of the contentions filed therein.
The Town of Southampton has asked that we inform the Board of this fact.
As noted in today's filing, time constraints prevented complete integration of the intervenor's contentions.
- However, the finalized contentions, to be submitted on July 7, 1983, will fully inform the Board und the parties with respect to which intervenors wish to participate in the litigation of each contention.
