We h-ave reviewed IE Bulletin 83-03 (Cneck Valve Failures in Raw Water Cooling Systens of Diesel Generators) as it applies to Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 and St. Lucie Unit 1, and have reviewed our diesel generator cooling water systens. Our closed cooling radiator systems contain no cneck valves according to the prints and physical verification and, as such, the Bulletin does not apply.
