Date of Operational Technical Support Center - July, 1983 Date of Operctional Operations Support Center - October, 1983 Date of Operational Emergency Operations Facility - July, 1983 Note: Operational is defined as available and capable of being staffed to respond to an emergency without the Emergency Response Information System (Auto-mated data' acquisition system and SPDS).

The Operations Support Center is not equipped with automated data acquisition or SPDS.
