Re: Docket Nos: STN 50-546 and STN 50-547 Marble Hill Nuclear Station Pursuant to your June 8, 1983, request for comments,to be included in an Environmental Impact Statement, we have the fcilowing information regarding water quality.

First, a construction permit, pertaining to construction runoff and a sedimentation pond, was issued by this office on February 9, 1976. Additionally, a plans and specifications document for

. wastewater treatment facilities was approved by this office on March 21, 1979.
