Additional Filing Fee for Proposed Technical Specification Change

Dear Sir:
By letter dated June 1,1983, we submitted a check for $4,000 in payment of fil-ing fees for Proposed Technical Specification Change #83-3. This proposed change included both changes to the MCPR limits and the safety relief valve simmer margin.
These were submitted by letter dated April 5,1983.
In a letter from Ms. Reba M. Diggs, dated May 20, 1983, we were informed that two Class III fees of $4,000 each were appropriate for Proposed Change #83-3.
We agree with this determination and submit the attached check for $4,000 to complete payment for Proposed Change #83-3.
