wrote to the Licensing Board presenting its pcsition with regard to contentions related to NUREG-0737.in accordance with the May 16, 1983 Memorandum and Order Confirming Schedules Established During Prehearing Conference.
As clarified with discussions with Ms. Dcrsey, Applicant does not object to the position being taked by LEA in that letter.
U th regard to Ccntention I-32E, LEA notes TMI Action Plan Items I.D.1, II.F.1, II.D.3 and II.3.2 as applicable.
LEA further states:
LZA has no additicn:1 contantions to file at this time based upon the new information submitted by the applicant.

LEA's reservation with regard to the submission of contentions on control room design review is applicable to the first three indicated TMI Action Plan items.
As to the last item, II.B.2, the Applicant's discussion of shielding of the control room which is contained in the Final Safety Analysis
- Report, Section 1.13 at pp.
1.13-20 through 1.13-261 and Table 1.13-1 has satisfied that portion of Contention I.33E.
