Dear. Honorable Judges:
I am writing in regard to Dr.
Carpenter's statements at today's status conference in which he referenced - a document recently.provided to the Boaro by Ms. Mitzi Young, Esq.,
of NRC staff.
Intervenor's counsel reviewed their files upon returning from the conference.
In this review we were unable to determine the idenL1Ly of the document t..-which Dr. Carpenter referred.
We believe t. hat he may be referring to a letter dated July 28, 1994, to which Ms. Young attached several documents which were identified in the Group Analysit, that were not exhibits to the OT Report.
If this in t-he case Intervenor wwld like to point out to the Board that the attached dccuments were created by GPC, with the possible exception of the partial transcript of tape 90, and not NRC Staff.
If this is not the case, Intervenor's counsel would ask that the Board identify to the parties the document to which Dr. Carpenter referred.
