REFERENCE:
LP&L letter W3183-0144 dated April 28, 1983
Dear Mr. Collins:
The above referenced letter indicated submittal of a Final Report to the USNRC no later than June 30, 1983.
At the present time, 100% reinspection is scheduled for all American Bridge work pertaining to SCD 78 and SCD 73, "American Bridge RCB Structural Steel Welding Deficiencies". Due to the similarity and fact that these deficiencies pertain to one contractor's work (i.e., American Bridge), it has been de-cided to combine SCD 73 into SCD 78.
Therefore, SCD 73 is closed and this response should be considered as the linal Report.
In addition, the new title will be "American Bridge Structural Steel Deficiencies" which hereafter will be referred to as SCD 78.
This combined reinspection and rework is scheduled for completion on August 15, 1983.
Therefore, a Final Report will be submitted to the NRC by August 31, 1983.
