Dear Mr. Collins:
Two hangers remain to be reworked in the Chilled Water System to complete the corrective action. Ilowever, these hangers cannot be reworked at this time because they are in a controlled access area due to pre-operational testing. A final report will therefore be delayed until May 10, 1983.
