Georgia Power Canpany hereby responds to I&E Bulletin 82-04 v;hich was transmitted by letter dated December 3,
1982.
This Bulletin addressed deficiencies present in hard epoxy electrical penetrations manufactured by the Bunker Ramo Company.
Plant Hatch Units 1 and 2 do not presently utilize any Bunker Ramo penetration assemblies, nor are there any plans to use these items in the future.
Therefore, no further action is planned by Georgia Power Ccynpany for Plant Hatch with regards to the subject bulletin.
This reply contains no proprietary information and may be placed in the NRC Public Occument Room.
