FITNESS-FOR-DUTY REPORT PERFORMANCE DATA MRO SIX (6) MONTH REPORT From January 1,

1994 through June 30, 1994, our records indicate one (1) confirmed positive in the For-Cause Observed Behavior program for Duquesne Light Company employees.

The employee was subject to denial of unescorted access and evaluation by the EAP provider and is presently participating in an intensive out-patient rehabilitation program.

As previously

reported, in the Performance Report of June 30, 1993 to December 31,
1993, one (1) employee, by job description reportable to the NRC Operations
Center, was denied unescorted
access, evaluated by the EAP provider and entered an intensive out-patient rehabilitation program.

The employee successfully completed rehabilitation on January 21, 1994 with a return-to-work and participation in a Follow-up program beginning January 24, 1994.
