On December 3, 1982 (Log No. 1-715), Toledo Edison received IE Bulletin 82-04: Deficiencies in Primary Containment Electrical Penetration Assemblies.

Toledo Edison has determined that no Bunker Rama electrical penetration assemblies utilizing the hard epoxy module design are installed at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1.

Also, Toledo Edison does not plan to install such assemblies in the future.

This completes the requested actions by Toledo Edison pertaining to IE Bulletin 82-04.
