Reference 1, dated April 1, 1982, transmitted the Authority's response to NUREG-0737, Item II.K.3.28.
Reference 2, dated May 11, 1983, re-quested additional information to be provided within 45 days.
It should be noted that some of the information requested has already been provided.
The items requested are discussed in Attachment 1.
The James A. FitzPatrick Plant is scheduled for a refueling outage beginning June 4, 1983.
During this outage several safety-related and TMI modifications will be made including Mark I Torus modifications, and Post-Accident Sampling System modifications.
In view of these facts, the Authority will provide the additional in-formation requested by September 30, 1983.
