N River Bend Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-458 Interim Report /DR-69 On August 19, 1982, Gulf States Utilities Company (GSU) notified the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Region IV Offica of a condition potentially reportable under 10CFR50.55(e) concerning the intermixing of E308-16 welding electrodes with-E309-16 welding electrodes supplied by Chemetron Corporation (DR-69). GSU has not completed its investigation at this time. An interim or final status report will be provided by May 6, 1983.
