In our previous letter on this subject dated April 5,1983, Georgia Power Company expected to be able to submit a final report on this subject to the NRC on May 27, 1983. At this time, Georgia Power Company needs information from the architect / engineer to complete the evaluation. This infortnation will be received within the next month.
Georgia Power Company now expects to submit a final report on this issue by July 29, 1983.
This letter contains no proprietary information and may be placed in the NRC Public Document Room upon receipt.
