Dear Mr. Elliott:

This is in response to your informal request for the production of documents, dated December 6,1982.

All ot the documents requested from PEMA and the Bureau of Radiation Protection are enciesed, with the exception of Item 11.3. (Personnel Mcnitoring, June,198!). This procedure has been deleted and now is covered by Annex E, Appendix 16. Also enclosed for your information are two procedures which were not spec:fically requested, but which deal with the same general subject matters as those identified:

1. DER /BRP/IP-103," Emergency Equipment Maintenance Procedure" (August,1982); and

., 2. DER /BRP/IP-205," Estimation of Airborne Radiological Consequences Using Field Sampling Data"(September,1981).

In addition, please note that item I.C. (Warning System Message Procedures) is scheduled for revision shortly. We will forward the revised procedure to you when available.

I am in the process of obtaining the requested information from the Pennsylvania State Police, and will forward this information to you as soon as available.
